This (hyper-)text belongs to me, just me! I agree with spreading it round in electronic networks, but without any change and with this header! Personal usage is fine, giving copies to others is fine, as long as you don't get money out of it (or else I want my cut!).

All pictures in this document are about 700x480 pixel JPEG images if you click on the small preview images (8-12kB GIFs). Each JPEG image file is about 60-150kB in size, that's why I leave the decision to you if you really want to see them in full size or if you are satisfied with the small (and fast) preview images. Please excuse the sometimes poor quality of the scanned images; I've done my best, but the prints I used for scanning were often lousy compared to the slides.
As another countermeasure against too long access times I've splitted this document in handy pieces that - despite of the inlined images - should pop on your screen pretty fast, mo matter where you are. If not: try Netscape!
